Regrello is a 40+ person startup reimagining automation in supply chains. They are building a global operating network to enable supply-chain companies to collaborate within one platform. The company is seeking an experienced Product Quality Strategist with 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, who will drive quality initiatives and support the integration of new features and technologies within their software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain roles, with a focus on quality management
- Passion for integrated software solutions within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, AS9100)
Responsibilities
- Train and mentor the development and product teams on best practices for building, executing and automating test plans
- Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for supply chain and manufacturing solutions software to ensure the product meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations
- Develop and maintain test plans to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality
- Collaborate with the product team to co-build and enhance features
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure testing strategies align with product requirements and business goals
- Conduct regular quality checks to identify areas for improvement
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of testing strategies
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to address technical challenges
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives, working independently to achieve goals
- Show a strong interest in systems thinking and process optimization
- Leverage AI to help develop models that can complement the testing plans
