Regrello is a 40+ person startup reimagining automation in supply chains. They are building a global operating network to enable supply-chain companies to collaborate within one platform. The company is seeking an experienced Product Quality Strategist with 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, who will drive quality initiatives and support the integration of new features and technologies within their software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain roles, with a focus on quality management
  • Passion for integrated software solutions within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, AS9100)

Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor the development and product teams on best practices for building, executing and automating test plans
  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for supply chain and manufacturing solutions software to ensure the product meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain test plans to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality
  • Collaborate with the product team to co-build and enhance features
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure testing strategies align with product requirements and business goals
  • Conduct regular quality checks to identify areas for improvement
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of testing strategies
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to address technical challenges
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Take ownership of projects and initiatives, working independently to achieve goals
  • Show a strong interest in systems thinking and process optimization
  • Leverage AI to help develop models that can complement the testing plans
