Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, with specific experience managing projects using the Microsoft stack, including Power BI
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading projects to completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing project teams
- Experience in understanding and translating business requirements into actionable project plans
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of data and analytics projects, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Lead a team of data professionals, including developers and analysts, providing direction and support to achieve project goals and foster professional growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and offering strategic advice on how to leverage data effectively
- Work with clients to gather and document their requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals and translating these into actionable plans
- Oversee the development of data solutions, ensuring they meet client objectives and are delivered in an effective and efficient manner
- Coordinate with technical teams to integrate data from various sources, ensuring that data is accurate and available for analysis
- Support the development efforts for dashboard and report creation, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet client needs
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions, and provide ongoing support to clients, helping them to effectively use data tools and insights
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and resolve any issues that arise
- Stay informed about the latest trends in data and analytics to contribute to the company's strategic direction and innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, CAPM, CSM) or data analytics are a plus
- Additional experience with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, SQL Server) is beneficial
