Job description
Hi, we’re TechnologyAdvice.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we are a remote-first company with more than 20 digital publications and over 500 global team members in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. We’re proud to have been repeatedly recognized as one of America’s fastest growing private companies by Inc., as well as a Tennessee top workplace. We work hard each day and have fun, too, with monthly virtual events, recreational slack channels, and the occasional costumed dance from our CEO.
All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below.

- Work collaboratively across editorial, sales, and production teams to ensure excellence throughout the process.
- Recognise the simultaneous need for rigorous adherence to process and the flexibility to adapt to inevitable changes along the way.
- Manage clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring that everyone is kept fully informed at all times.
- Recognise and embrace the multi-faceted nature of the role and its essential role in helping to foster client account growth.
Who you are
- 1-3 years of experience as a project manager or in an equivalent role.
- Strong team player who approaches challenges positively and seeks to proactively solve problems.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, optimism, and a forward-looking approach to work and is cool, calm, and collected in the face of deadlines and can effectively manage and navigate the pressures of multiple competing projects.
- Retains authority and remains unflappable if clients prove tricky, or projects deviate somewhat from the original scope.
- Builds trust across the team and business by being exceptionally detail-oriented, organised, and reliable, as well as demonstrating excellent time management.
- Confident in their abilities and can be strong/firm-willed to positively manage clients and colleagues in order to navigate/diffuse tricky situations.
- Highly adaptable and versatile, and can thrive even when working across a lot of different types of projects and clients.
- Holds themself and the team around them to the highest professional standards when interacting with clients and prospects.
