Job description
We are seeking a proactive and technically fluent Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of a critical integration project for a client. This short-term, high-impact role will serve as the operational and communication hub between technical, sales, and operations teams during the transition to a new registration platform.
The ideal candidate thrives in both Agile and Waterfall environments, is highly detail-oriented, and brings experience managing software development and API integration projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
Responsabilities
- Own the end-to-end coordination of the registration platform integration project, ensuring clarity and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
- Lead cross-departmental tracking, gathering requirements from six different departments and translating them into actionable plans and timelines.
- Facilitate all project meetings, including direct communication with third-party vendors (e.g., MYS, Maritz), and ensure deliverables are clearly defined and met.
- Act as the main point of contact for all project tracking, status updates, and issue escalation across teams.
- Bridge communication between engineers and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring API requirements, user flows, and technical specs are clearly documented and understood.
- Own project tools and documentation in Wrike, Airtable, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms. (Experience with Jira or Asana is also relevant.)
- Drive clarity in responsibilities across departments, manage dependencies, and proactively identify potential gaps or misalignments.
- Coordinate the cutover from legacy systems, working closely with vendors and internal tech teams to ensure a clean separation and full operational continuity.
Requirements
- 3β5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in software development or systems integration.
- Comfortable operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, stakeholder management, and legacy system transitions.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, including operations, reporting, sales, and technical departments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized and proactive β not afraid to follow up, clarify, and ping team members to drive alignment and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Wrike, Airtable, Microsoft Office, and similar task management and collaboration tools.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with event management platforms or registration systems.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing contractual deliverables.
- Background working on projects involving user experience mapping and customer purchase flows

Final Offer.
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
