Job description
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our content strategy and lead generation efforts across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing podcast outreach, and contributing to client ad creative. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone with agency experience who’s eager to wear multiple hats and grow with a fast-paced team.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Draft and design social media content in Canva (copy + visuals) for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Repurpose podcast content into engaging social assets
- Create lead magnets and assist in crafting ad creative
- Conduct supporting research for social and content topics
- Support with research tasks and assist in client-facing content creation (e.g., raw file ad creation)
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify leads, especially in B2B and agency-client contexts
- Use LinkedIn and other tools to conduct outreach
- Maintain outreach records and performance tracking
Podcast Coordination
- Manage guest outreach and communication
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar invites
- Organize assets and assist with podcast-related promotion
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related roles.
- Experience in content creation and strategy (especially for social)
- Experience in lead generation
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Strong Canva proficiency (motion graphics and overlays a plus)
- Solid organizational and research skills.
Nice to Have:
Agency experience or similar fast-paced environment
Interest in DTC beauty or e-commerce brands
Experience in B2B lead generation or client acquisition
Strong LinkedIn presence (connections, posts, outreach familiarity)
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, and Slack
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
