BH Properties is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on value-addacquisitions in office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties throughout the Western United States, along with investments in distressed debt and ground leases. LOCATION AND WORK HOURS
The Property Administrator will report to the Asset Manager. This position will work remotely from the Philippines the during standard US Pacific Time business hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Including, but are not limited to:
- Assist Asset and Property Management teams in administrative functions related to leasing and lease transaction approvals, including Yardi Leasing Pad data entry.
- Follow up with tenants and work with asset and property managers to assure tenant lease compliance, including resolving tenant delinquencies.
- Act as Company liaison with tenants, vendors, and guests to the office; establish rapport through exceptional customer service.
- Handle a high volume of functions and tasks.
- Answer and redirect tenant and vendor inquiries.
- Enter and/or update work order requests into Yardi.
- Maintain and update tenant certificates of insurance.
- Track and purchase office supplies.
- Participate in various other projects and tasks that arise in a fast-paced commercial real estate office.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated cum laude or better from university.
- At least 3-5 years’ property management experience.
- Prior experience working for a commercial real estate company is required.
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and tenants.
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess strong work ethic.
- Must be a team player.
- Yardi experience a plus.
