We’re hiring remote support based in the Philippines for a full-time role in property management admin, basic accounting, and leasing coordination. If youβve worked in U.S. property management or know your way around deposit reconciliations and tenant communications, this is for you.
What Youβll Do:
Handle Deposits
Review move-out photos and inspection reports
Compare against move-in reports to spot damage
Calculate and process deposit refunds and deductions
Talk to Tenants
Email, text, or call tenants about deposit status
Explain deductions clearly with supporting docs
Help with general tenant/prospect messages
Keep Track of Everything
Log all deposit actions and communications in Dropbox
Keep documents tidy and organized
Resolve Disputes
Handle tenant concerns over deductions
Loop in legal or property managers if needed
Stay Legal
Know U.S. laws on deposits
Follow compliance rules at all times
Support Leasing Team
Connect with leads via text, email, and phone
Schedule tours, collect documents, and follow up
Guide prospects from inquiry to move-in
Jump In Where Needed
Review lease applications
Respond to tenant questions
Handle other property-related admin tasks as assigned
What You Need:
Admin or accounting experience in property management
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Confident communication (email, phone, text)
Tools: Google Docs, MS Office, Yardi, Knock, RealPage
Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar tools
Able to work independently and stay focused
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (Philippines only)
Hours: Must be available to work U.S. business hours
Salary: $1000β$1200 USD/month
