Join a growing luxury short-term rental company as a Remote Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of vacation rentals, handle guest inquiries and complaints, coordinate property maintenance, develop budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations. This is a full-time remote position with a daytime schedule.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in property management, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality
- Proven track record in guest relations and property operations
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in property management software
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Develop and manage property budgets
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Optimize property performance and revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA)
- Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable
