We founded United Field Services (UFS) in 2008. We work in the real estate industry, with a team of 11-50 people.

We offer nationwide property maintenance and preservation services to banks, financial institutions, REO servicers, and property management firms. Our services include tenant repairs, inspections, make-ready services, foreclosure property preservation, and vendor management. We also handle comprehensive maintenance for both vacant and occupied properties, REO property preservation, property renovation and rehabilitation, and various types of inspections.

Our proprietary UFS Management System (MS) helps us manage orders, assign vendors, control quality, and generate reports. This custom platform connects clients, vendors, and our internal teams in real time for efficient communication and documentation. We use AI tools to improve workflows, ensure compliance, and support our services. We also maintain a nationwide network of vetted vendors. Our development team uses React, Next.js, and Python, focusing on automation and AI-driven processes.
