Job Summary
As a Tech Lead Python Developer developer you will work with a multidisciplinary team to support building integrations, maintaining and improving existing code. You will work in a very dynamic environment with a lot of interaction with the delivery team to gather requirements and get tasks more refined. You will dive deeply into a wide range of technical problems, offering suggestions and feedback to your team and help to understand the requirements, and translate to an architectural design and help to plan and implement this solution for those requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Actively support the development teams;
- Mentor less experienced team members;
- Drive team to innovate and deliver roadmap features with agility and high quality;
- Digest requirements from product team and work on solutions with performance and scalability features for cloud systems;
- Development of new features;
- Participation in technical discussions with customers;
- Understand clients needs from discussions and documents;
- Perform code reviews;
- Follow agile processes and participate actively in all development phases.
Essential Skills
- Experience leading development teams;
- Proficiency with development in Python 3;
- Experience with pyTest;
- Experience with Linux environments, CLI commands, and logs;
- Experience with Docker;
- Experience with Kubernetes;
- Experience with Github, GIT, code;
- Experience wih GCP;
- Experience with automation.
Highly Desirable Skills
- Experience in Project Management tools like Jira, Rally, ServiceNow;
- Proficiency with development in Typescript;
- Knowledge/Exposure to GPC tools like logging and BigQuery
- Knowledge of test/automation tools (PyTest, Puppeteer);
- Knowledge of pyautogui, Pydantic.
