Our client is a US based fencing company, looking for a committed and enthusiastic assistant to join their team and manage inbound calls from their clients.

Responsibilities
As the Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for a plethora of key back-end tasks that drive our project
Lead Intake & Qualification: Handle all inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule estimates; create client records and requests in CRM (Jobber); send confirmations.
Quote Management: Prepare and send quotes via CRM; escalate complex jobs to Sales Rep.
Job Setup: Convert approved quotes to jobs in CRM; create Google Drive folders and documents; upload resources for subcontractors.
Project Coordination: Schedule subcontractors, submit permits and 811 tickets, and coordinate material orders across vendors.
Post-Job Tasks: Mark jobs as complete, issue final invoices, and ensure customer reviews are requested; assist with occasional social media and review site posting.
