Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting non-IT vacancies – support, sales, marketing, back office and other roles: sourcing, processing applications, conducting interviews, guiding candidates through the entire hiring process until the end of probation period.
Collaborating with hiring managers on vacancy closure and assisting in decision-making;
Helping new hires onboard smoothly: assigning tasks, ensuring all necessities are ready, conducting welcome meetings, and providing support during adaptation.
Participating in HR improvement projects to enhance candidate and employee experience.
Fluent in English and Russian.
Have 1+ years of experience in recruitment;
Know how to source and use various search channels;
You’re skilled in different interview techniques and can combine approaches;
Can write clear job descriptions and candidate communications;
Have analytical skills for recruitment/onboarding metrics and salary benchmarking.
