TaskHuman coaches make up a global, culturally diverse community. Community Growth Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source top-tier coaching professionals specializing in different subject-matter areas (health, wellness, leadership and business etc.)
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including professional networks, job boards, local recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct screening interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience with the TaskHuman brand.
  • Act as liaison with the Talent Evaluation team to coordinate meetings, interviews, including preparation and debriefing of candidates
  • Develop a pipeline of screened and qualified candidates for future openings
  • Provide weekly reports and feedback on recruitment efforts
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to strategize and identify qualified talent

Requirements:

  • Professional fluency in Arabic and English
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills
  • Strong judgment skills and ability to problem solve
  • Savvy with the latest technology and tools related to sourcing
  • A proven ability to be flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving environment
  • Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, and Recruitee.
  • Able to learn new software quickly
  • Genuine interest in the mission of TaskHuman and in being a part of something bigger than any one person or business group
