About the Role:

We’re looking for a Recruiter + People Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you’ll take ownership of talent acquisition while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. From sourcing top-tier candidates to optimizing HR processes, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and supporting our incredible team.

What You’ll Do:

Recruitment:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilize ATS platforms like Workable to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate the offer process with our Legal Team.

People Operations:

  • Help launch our new Neon Flux office in the Philippines

  • Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.

  • Manage and update employee records using tools like Rippling or similar HR systems.

  • Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.

  • Support additional culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as-needed.

  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with platforms like Workable Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or other.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

What would be a plus:

  • Experience in a creative or startup environment.

  • Familiarity with HR systems like Rippling.

  • Previous work experience in a remote-first or globally distributed team environment.

  • Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack, Asana, and Notion.

  • Interest or experience in supporting the setup and development of a physical office space in Manilla.
