Pay Scale: $22.00- $24.00 per hour
Bonus: This position is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on individual performance.
Hours: 10-20 hours per week/ Monday-Friday/ Available during PST business hours.
Position Location: Remote digital office. Must be U.S.-based. We maintain a strong, collaborative culture through regular virtual engagement, shared tools, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.Team members are expected to be camera-ready, responsive, and highly communicative during the work day.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Adminstrator to support and coordinate all recruitment activities across our hiring team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day recruiting logistics, provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers, and occasionally lead full-cycle recruiting efforts.
The ideal candidate has prior recruiting coordination experience and brings strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset. You are a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced professional service environment and strives to provide a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Monitor and track recruiting activities and timelines to ensure a smooth and timely execution.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and processes.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on recruiting metrics, status, updates, and pipeline health.
- Assist in writing and posting job descriptions to internal and external job boards.
- Ensure interview processes and documentation comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for select roles.
- Assist with related HR initiatives, as needed.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition coordination, or HR support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present the company professionally and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and general office tools.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexible attitude, with the ability to pivot as priorities shift.
- A polished and professional demeanor.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in our industry.
