About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the end-to-end hiring process and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition in the global market. This internship is ideal for someone interested in building a career in HR or recruitment especially in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
What You Will Do
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media
- Screen CV/resumes/portfolios and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements
- Study the different talent markets across Asia, Europe, and the Americas and identify hiring strategies with the rest of the HR team
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist in employer branding initiatives such as career page updates and social media posts
- Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates
- Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, or mass hiring drives
- Conduct initial HR screening calls (as applicable)
- Contribute to HR strategy and process improvements
- Provide general HR support as needed
What We Need
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Keen attention to detail
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Must be based in the Philippines
