The Role:
Tech Holding is seeking a Mexico Operations Leader to join our rapidly expanding team. As the leader of our Mexico office, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building a high-performing team, and scaling our presence in the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align Mexico operations with our global strategy, ensuring that our operations in Mexico meet the highest standards of efficiency, performance, and growth. This is a key leadership role where you will play a pivotal part in the continued success of Tech Holding’s expansion in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Tech Holding’s Mexico operations, ensuring operational success and alignment with company goals.
- Build and grow a talented team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement.
- Drive operational excellence, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Expand our presence in the Mexico region, leveraging local knowledge and business acumen to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and other operational departments, to align Mexico operations with the global strategy.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, ensuring talent development and employee engagement.
- Manage key relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to strengthen our position in the market.
- Oversee budget, resource allocation, and day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal performance and sustainable growth.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on scaling teams and business operations in Mexico or Latin America.
- Proven leadership experience in building, managing, and growing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of operational excellence principles, including process improvement, resource optimization, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive regional growth and build a strategic business presence.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with rapidly expanding operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and departments.
- Knowledge of Mexico’s business landscape, regulations, and market trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-border operations in the tech industry.
- Familiarity with remote teams and international collaboration.
