PIN-UP Global is divided into directions depending on the profile. In each direction, there can be one or more companies interacting with each other by competition and cooperation:

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with existing and potential partners to establish and maintain long-term alliances.

  • Align partnership agreements with the Company’s business development objectives.

  • Build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry.

  • Analyze and track key product metrics to ensure optimal performance and

  • identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the product team to implement data-driven enhancements to

  • the iGaming platform.

  • Study and understand the main vectors of the Company’s development.

  • Contribute to the formulation of a long-term product development strategy in

  • collaboration with relevant teams.

  • Verify the accuracy of mutual settlements with partners to ensure financial

  • integrity.

  • Monitor and manage budgets related to promotions, tournaments, and exclusive

  • offers.

  • Plan and execute promotions, tournaments, and exclusive offers to enhance user

  • engagement and retention.

  • Coordinate with partners and internal departments to organize successful

  • gaming events.

  • Prepare various reports, including collection and analysis of statistical data.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve

  • iGaming performance.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the iGaming industry, with a track record of successful partnership management.

  • In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the iGaming sector.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

  • Experience using data analysis tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the development of long-term business strategies.

  • Proven experience in aligning partnerships with overall business goals.

  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Ability to plan and execute successful promotions and events.

  • Strong financial acumen to oversee budgeting and financial aspects of iGaming initiatives.

  • Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
