We’re growing and looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for crypto, web3, or iGaming industries -someone who understands these fast-paced ecosystems and can speak the language of both startups and seasoned tech professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: from intake calls to offer negotiation;

  • Build and execute talent acquisition strategies for crypto/web3/iGaming clients;

  • Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple channels;

  • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor;

  • Manage candidate pipelines and deliver a great candidate experience;

  • Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives;

  • Support smooth onboarding and client feedback loops.

  • Proven experience hiring in crypto/web3 or iGaming industries;

  • 2–5 years in agency or in-house recruiting;

  • Ability to understand complex roles quickly and speak confidently with hiring managers and top-talent candidates;

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;

  • Proactive, curious, and driven to keep up with industry trends;

  • Fluent in English;

  • Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.
