We’re growing and looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring for crypto, web3, or iGaming industries -someone who understands these fast-paced ecosystems and can speak the language of both startups and seasoned tech professionals.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the full recruitment cycle: from intake calls to offer negotiation;
Build and execute talent acquisition strategies for crypto/web3/iGaming clients;
Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple channels;
Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor;
Manage candidate pipelines and deliver a great candidate experience;
Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives;
Support smooth onboarding and client feedback loops.
Proven experience hiring in crypto/web3 or iGaming industries;
2–5 years in agency or in-house recruiting;
Ability to understand complex roles quickly and speak confidently with hiring managers and top-talent candidates;
Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
Proactive, curious, and driven to keep up with industry trends;
Fluent in English;
Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.
