We are looking for 2 Senior Product Managers.
Position: Senior Product Manager - Customer Experience (1) OR Senior Product Manager - Flights (2)

Freelance assignment: full-time, long-term, B2B contract.

Rate: up to 35 eur/h
1. As Senior Product Manager - Customer Experience, you”ll be at the heart of transforming how customers interact with our client throughout their journey. This is a hands-on role where you”ll have the autonomy to move fast, experiment boldly and deliver solutions that customers actually love using.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive product discovery and strategy for customer-facing solutions, from initial concept through to delivery and iteration.
- Build 0-1 solutions that solve real customer problems whilst driving business growth - our client is particularly focused on loyalty, retention, and self-service capabilities.
- Own the roadmap for customer experience products, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate extensively with Marketing, Customer Interactions, and Finance teams to ensure products integrate seamlessly across the customer journey.
- Champion data-driven decision making- use analytics to understand customer behaviour, measure success, and identify opportunities.
- Focus relentlessly on customer outcomes- improving CSAT and NPS whilst simultaneously growing self-service adoption and reducing operational costs.
- Lead stakeholder communication across the business, presenting insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage the competing demands of multiple workstreams whilst maintaining focus on delivering value early and often.
2. As a Senior Product Manager for Flight’s domain, you would own everything related to flights starting from intelligent inventory acquisition, flight inventory, flight extras, flight search, fulfilment and overall Flight’s customer experience. You’ll be at the forefront of revolutionizing the flight search & book experience for millions of users. You’ll tackle the complex challenge of scaling client’s platform to handle vast amounts of flight inventory & searches, ensuring fast, reliable, relevant and accurate results for our customers. This role demands innovative thinking and a passion for building robust solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible in travel technology.
You will be responsible for Why and What to build and work closely with Engineering to support How to build. You will prioritise work across several Engineering Teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and articulate a long-term vision for the Flights domain, aligning it with overall company objectives.
Should be able to break down a complex problem into deliverable chunks and at the same time keep an eye on the big picture.
Should be able to solve complex and ambiguous problems and lead & align a team towards a common goal.
Identifying key product metrics that will drive customer and commercial value.
Keeping external and internal customers to the centre of everything you are going to build.
Setting and tracking OKRs for the products in collaboration with Engineering colleagues.
Ensuring alignment between goals of your teams and others around you.
Liaising with stakeholders across the organisation - from Execs, Product & Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Supply etc.
Working closely with Engineers and commercial teams.
Inspiring continuous improvement, best practices, and agile mindset.
Minimum 5+ years of “full-stack” Product Management experience, ideally as a Senior Product Manager with responsibility for customer-facing products.
Proven track record of owning the product lifecycle, including building 0–1 products from concept through launch and iteration.
Demonstrated success in growing self-service adoption while maintaining or improving customer satisfaction.
Metrics- and data-driven decision-making mindset with strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across multiple product lines and domains, aligning priorities and driving execution with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence without authority, build consensus, and manage relationships with cross-functional and executive teams.
Strategic mindset with a strong business sense - able to balance short-term priorities with long-term product vision.
Deep understanding of the end-user experience and customer needs, with a focus on usability and delivering real value.
Bias for action - comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adjusting based on learnings.
Familiarity with customer account management, self-service platforms, or agent tooling and internal operations platforms.
Awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift rapidly.
Customer-obsessed - passionate about solving real problems for real people.
Industry-agnostic - whether your background is in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or another field, what matters is your ability to deliver outstanding results.
Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written ( C1+).
Bonus: Experience in the travel industry, flight’s domain (2) / loyalty, retention, and self-service platforms (1) is highly desirable.
