Job Description
- Analysis, modelling and conception of processes for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry in the area of Supply Chain / Logistics (extended Warehouse Management).
- Implementation of a complete project cycle (Design, Build, Test, Run).
- Design of discrete manufacturing-specific End-to-end scenarios with focus on Supply Chain / Logistics (extended Warehouse Management).
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with the client.
- Analyze SAP business best practices and make suggestions for improvements or new potential.
- Deliver advisory services on how SAP technologies enable a modern and digital Supply Chain Logistics Function.
- Research key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and support implementation of technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions.
- Present effectively the solutions to the client and get their buy-in before moving into Implementation mode.
- Elaborate innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations.
- Contribute to the Nagarro practice growth through innovative spirit.
Qualifications
Functional advisory and support of team members Requirements:
- Integrated module and process understanding in the Discrete Manufacturing (Maschinen- und Anlagenbau).
- In-depth Knowledge of at least one SAP Module (WM, LE-TRA, EWM, TM, YM).
- Experience with some project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid-agile or Waterfall); experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP projects.
- Ideally already have experience in S/4HANA projects.
- Be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge & skills with other team members.
- Ability to work in global environment, co-ordinate with virtual teams- Intercultural understanding.
- Ability and willingness to travel, depending on the project requirements.
- Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in German.
