We are a technology platform for global logistics, founded in 2013. We operate in the Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Storage industries, with 1001-5000 employees globally. We specialize in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, global trade, logistics software, data, analytics, cloud software, international shipping, and supply chain management.

Our platform coordinates global logistics from factory to customer door, helping businesses ship and manage goods across 112 countries.

We offer a range of services, including Ocean & Air Freight solutions for businesses of all sizes, with real-time tracking and SKU-level visibility. Our Customs service helps clients clear goods, minimize import duties, and leverage customs data. Our Buyer’s Consolidation service groups multiple suppliers into one container to reduce costs and carbon footprint. We also provide Booking Management for ocean contracts, tracking, and allocation optimization.

In 2021, our technology was used to move nearly $19 billion of merchandise. Customers reportedly save an average of 208 hours annually when using our services compared to other freight forwarders. We have also facilitated shipments impacting 100 million people through the Flexport.org Fund and offset over 300,000 tonnes of greenhouse gases.
