Washmen is hiring a聽remote聽Senior Software engineer with strong experience in聽the backend聽to join our team.聽 It鈥檚 a team of young, talented, and passionate technology enthusiasts with a strong interest in innovative web technology. We are currently expanding our teams to take on new challenges as we grow.
Skills and Qualifications
路Candidates should be located聽within 2 hours of the Dubai聽time zone.
路7+ years聽of relevant work experience.
路Solid experience in NodeJS, AWS, & ReactJs
路Expertise in solution and software architecture and design
路Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
路Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
路Proven track record of writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, scalable code.
路Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
路Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate openly within a team environment
路Experience in React Native, TypeScript is a plus
Responsibilities and Duties
路Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and AWS
路Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
路Implement efficient and scalable solutions while ensuring code quality and performance.
路Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest standards of code excellence.
路Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our development processes when applicable.
路Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
