Our 30,000 sq ft facility can process up to 25,000 items daily. We use our own technology, including RFID and QR tracking for every garment, to provide real-time visibility. Our systems also incorporate AI.
Our cleaning methods include OptiClean™/WetCare technology, developed with Miele. This process mimics gentle cold-water hand-washing. We AirDry all garments, avoiding high-temperature tumble dryers to preserve fabric quality and extend their lifespan. We finish items with 100% steam pressing, sanitizing them at 150°C. Our facility uses over 50 specialized cleaning programs tailored to fabric type and customer instructions.
