As they scale their platform and features, they are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Ruby on Rails Developer to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement new features using Ruby on Rails
Participate in solving complex technical and architectural problems
Collaborate with frontend developers and internal teams on platform enhancements
Contribute to full lifecycle development, including deployment and delivery
Ensure code quality, performance, and security across all solutions
Work in an agile environment and participate in daily team collaboration
3+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails
Solid frontend development skills with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with Git, PostgreSQL, AWS, Node, Webpack, Oracle Cloud, Vue, Yarn
Experience with Unix Shell scripting (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and agile team environment
High proficiency in English – written and verbal
Must hold an active NBI Clearance
