Our Docyt AI Bookkeepers automate core accounting functions, including expense management (bill pay, credit card reconciliation, expense reports, vendor payments), revenue accounting with ongoing reconciliation (we integrate with over 30 POS systems), labor and payroll insights, and a standardized month-end close process. We also provide real-time financial reporting and accounting capabilities for multi-entity and franchise operations.

For financial teams, the Docyt Accountant Copilot offers a central dashboard for client accounts, easy client search, automated month-end close tracking, a smart vault for document management, and built-in task and workflow management. Our Docyt HpAI serves as a CFO Assistant, using advanced AI for precise accounting and reporting. It has been trained on over 128 billion accounting data points and five years of model training, allowing for anomaly detection and industry-specific Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.

Our platform integrates with major accounting and ERP systems like QuickBooks, over 15,000 banks, more than 20 POS & PMS systems, and over 300 payroll & labor systems. We also have a secure, SOC 2 Type II–compliant data vault. We aim to reduce revenue accounting errors by about 95% and help users review their books up to five times faster. Our system achieves 99% categorization accuracy and nearly 100% document-to-transaction matching. We are venture-funded and based in Mountain View, California.
