Job description

Our client is an Australia-based company that supports thousands of businesses across Australia and internationally.

They are currently looking for a Technical Services Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone-based technical support to clients experiencing issues.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems; escalate complex cases to the relevant team.

  • Coordinate scheduling for on-site maintenance and repairs.

  • Keep clients updated on repair progress and expected timelines.

  • Ensure excellent customer service through clear and timely communication.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Introductory knowledge of hardware systems.

  • Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize multiple service requests.

  • Permanent work-from-home set-up
