Our client is an Australia-based company that supports thousands of businesses across Australia and internationally.
They are currently looking for a Technical Services Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support.
Responsibilities:
Provide phone-based technical support to clients experiencing issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems; escalate complex cases to the relevant team.
Coordinate scheduling for on-site maintenance and repairs.
Keep clients updated on repair progress and expected timelines.
Ensure excellent customer service through clear and timely communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Introductory knowledge of hardware systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize multiple service requests.
