Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead revenue growth within the Enterprise A2P SMS and VoIP segments. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within both existing and newly acquired enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling skills with a strong understanding of A2P messaging, voice services, and CPaaS platforms tailored to enterprise communication needs.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within enterprise accounts
Own the full sales cycle: from opportunity discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
Develop tailored commercial offers based on client needs (A2P messaging volumes, delivery quality, voice routes, API integration, etc.)
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in key verticals (Finance, Banking, High-risk, e-commerce, logistics)
Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as direct SMS routes, premium voice coverage, delivery analytics, or CPaaS features
Collaborate with SDR team, Routing, Product to deliver competitive, technically sound proposals
Track and manage sales pipeline through CRM tools, maintaining accurate revenue forecasts and status updates
Conduct virtual and on-site meetings, solution presentations, and business reviews
Keep up with trends in messaging regulations, voice delivery, CPaaS innovations, and competitor offerings
Represent the company at major telecom and enterprise communication events when applicable
3+ years of B2B sales or enterprise account management experience in telecom, A2P messaging, VoIP, or CPaaS
Strong expertise in A2P SMS delivery (routing, pricing, sender ID, filtering, regulatory compliance)
Solid understanding of VoIP technologies (SIP, CLI, termination/origination) and related business models
Hands-on experience with CPaaS platforms (SMS/Voice APIs, customer engagement flows, multichannel delivery)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in international environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce)
Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and ability to independently close complex deals
Nice to have:
Existing network of contacts among enterprise buyers, aggregators, and MNOs
Experience selling API-based communication solutions (SMS, voice, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
Familiarity with telecom compliance and regulations (e.g., DLT, GDPR, local messaging restrictions)
Background in SaaS or CPaaS sales to mid-market or enterprise clients
