For sales roles, compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commissions. Field-based sales positions typically receive a monthly car allowance and a company credit card for travel expenses like gas, tolls, and hotels.

After an initial 90-day period, some positions may offer hybrid or remote work options, depending on the role and performance.
