At this point, Zelh is looking for a Sales Representative, for one of our clients. This role offers significant opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base. Your focus will depend on fleet size:
Fleets with 15+ Trucks – Act as a BDR, securing appointments from inbound leads and passing them to senior sales reps.
Fleets with <15 Trucks – Take full ownership of the sales cycle: prospect, demo, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize companies and individuals that align with Ideal Client Profile through thorough research on platforms such as LinkedIn and other industry-specific resources.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, and strategic LinkedIn outreach to initiate conversations and establish relationships with potential clients.
Schedule and set up meetings (demos) with prospective customers to understand their needs and determine if our company’s product can effectively solve their problems, and explain the value of our Carrier TMS
Utilize high-power scheduling software to efficiently manage and book meetings with potential clients. Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track pipeline progress.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further engagement and work closely with senior sales reps on larger opportunities.
Engage with inbound leads and qualify potential customers.
Prospect for smaller fleets and create new opportunities.
Close deals and contribute to monthly revenue goals.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in logistics sales on the US market.
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS), fleet management software
and other relevant software.
Experience in the US logistics, transportation, or SaaS sales is a MUST.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage leads and outreach.
Ability to adapt and grow into higher segments based on performance.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Working conditions:
Work schedule: 8 am - 5 pm Central Time
