We are looking for a strategic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on quality conversations, values a consultative approach, and excels at transforming cold outreach into meaningful business opportunities. You’ll be more than a prospector—you’ll be a trusted first touchpoint, uncovering real needs and paving the way for impactful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively generate and qualify new sales opportunities through strategic cold outreach, primarily via phone.
· Engage prospects with thoughtful questions and active listening to build a deep understanding of their business context.
· Conduct thorough discovery to identify:
o The client’s core business challenges.
o Pain points that may be hindering growth or efficiency.
o How our solution aligns with their specific needs.
· Schedule high-quality meetings with pre-qualified leads for the sales team.
· Confidently handle 3–4 objections during conversations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
· Use pattern interrupts, humor, and genuine curiosity to spark interest and build rapport.
· Adapt provided scripts as flexible conversation guides—not rigid templates.
·At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
·A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
· Someone who enjoys the hunt and sees cold outreach as a strategic art.
· A curious mind that thrives on learning about different industries and business models.
· Resilience, adaptability, and a sense of humor—especially when facing rejection.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, PST
