We’re seeking a driven and goal-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing U.S.-based company. In this role, you’ll lead outbound prospecting efforts, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings with Mid-Market and Enterprise-level organizations. What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
- Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and book meetings.
- Research target accounts in different industries.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and lead targeting.
- Track and report on daily/weekly KPIs related to outreach and meetings booked.
What You Need
- 1–3 years in an SDR, business development, or outbound sales role (preferably inSaaS).
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated success in hitting activity-based and results-driven KPIs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with high autonomy.
- Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.
- Familiarity with U.S. markets and business culture is a bonus.
