Job Title: Sales Director
Location: Remote
Work Shift: Flexible, broken hours, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Working Hours: PHT - 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale sales operations. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales team.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and team leadership, with a proven ability to drive revenue, build long-term partnerships, and optimize sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Expand client acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Oversee pricing strategies, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights to refine sales tactics.
Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
- Establish and track KPIs and sales targets to measure success.
- Provide coaching, training, and continuous professional development for the team.
- Foster a data-driven sales culture, ensuring strategic decision-making based on analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Process Improvement & Client Relationship Management
Optimize and streamline internal sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
Oversee CRM management, lead tracking, and sales pipeline optimization.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding to ongoing service delivery.
Proven experience in a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or senior sales leadership role.
Strong background in B2B sales, business development, and client acquisition.
Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth strategies.
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data, set KPIs, and implement performance-driven sales strategies.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
