Our global client, a leader in the payments/fintech industry, provides API integration globally, supporting a wide range of local payment methods. They prioritize high standards of compliance and security.
**Position is fully remote in LATAM countries.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients, merchants, and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Establish KPIs, track performance, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.
Candidate’s requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experienceĀ in sales leadership roles, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of the local payments ecosystem and industry regulations.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business development.
- An advanced level of Spanish and English is required.
- Travel is necessary.
