Sales Support Specialist – PERM Recruiting
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our PERM Recruiting team. PERM Recruiting focuses on placing candidates in full-time, permanent roles within client organizations.
This role is ideal for someone with sourcing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple outreach and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit candidates via client portals (~3% of role)
- Source candidates and projects using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Send outreach messages through email and ATS
- Build client records using ZoomInfo (may include phone outreach)
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients
Requirements:
- 1–5 years in recruiting/staffing (Accounting & Finance PERM preferred)
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and ZoomInfo
- Fluent in English; able to work remotely and independently
Preferred Skills:
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong communication skills
Able to multitask and manage time
Comfortable with phone/email outreach
Experience with CRM and scheduling
