  • Manage and resolve Salesforce requests within the assigned pod, ranging from quick configuration updates to more complex functional builds.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for technical processes, data structures, automations, and user guides.

  • Participate in quarterly audits of user permissions, data quality, and automation logic to ensure system integrity and compliance.

  • Support user onboarding, training, and communications related to platform updates and feature enhancements.

Configuration, Optimization, and Technical Maintenance

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and other automations to meet evolving business needs.

  • Evaluate, streamline, and clean up legacy workflows, validation rules, and automations to reduce technical debt.

  • Participate in cross-admin collaboration to align development standards, naming conventions, and platform-wide consistency.

  • Design, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and user interfaces to support timely business decision-making.

Data and Analytics Support

  • Support Power BI data quality initiatives by ensuring Salesforce fields and structures align with clean reporting standards.

  • Bring experience with Power BI or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn in support of analytics and reporting initiatives.

Core Values, Culture, and Continuous Improvement

  • Uphold and embody Furnished Quarters’ core values of care, collaboration, community, challenge, and career in all guest, vendor, and colleague interactions.

  • Actively participate in team meetings and huddles, sharing best practices and asking relevant questions.

  • Demonstrate multitasking abilities, primarily when operating multiple software programs.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements to boost efficiency and customer service.

Compliance and Performance Management

  • Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals and service standards.

  • Complete all company-required compliance training by established deadlines.

  • Submit one-on-one self-evaluations by designated deadlines to support ongoing development and performance tracking.
