Key responsibilities
- Manage declarative configurations in Salesforce, including user permissions, field creation, and data structure setup.
- Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users by resolving issues and removing blockers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Support metadata maintenance and contribute to continuous improvements and automation initiatives within the platform.
- Participate actively in team discussions and problem-solving activities.
Main skills and qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform configuration (non-coding), including permissions, profiles, and declarative tools.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
- Comfortable interacting with end users and gathering business requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills; team-oriented mindset.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the role.
- Nice to have: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, or a related field.
- Super nice to have: Salesforce Administrator Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or App Builder).
