Job Description
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Own & Optimize Our Business Systems Stack – Evaluate, implement, and refine enterprise tools that align with business priorities.
- Lead Key System Rebuilds – Overhaul critical infrastructure (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Stripe, Chargebee) to support performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Ensure Platform Stability – Define and enforce testing, monitoring, and exception-handling best practices.
- Drive Adoption & Training – Enable internal teams to fully leverage tools via documentation, training, and support.
- Build Smart Integrations – Architect and manage high-impact system integrations to ensure clean data flow and automation across teams.
- Manage Vendors & Licensing – Partner with procurement to negotiate favorable terms and manage renewals strategically.
Qualifications

- Salesforce Architecture Expertise – Strong experience designing scalable Salesforce ecosystems and improving system layers and integrations.
- Technical Acumen – Proficiency with REST APIs, JavaScript, a typed language (e.g., Java, Python, APEX), SQL, JSON, and reporting tools.
