We offer IT services and consulting to companies of all sizes, from Fortune 1000 corporations to startups. Our main clients are in the US and Europe. We started in 2017.

Our three main services are:

• Dedicated Tech Squads: We provide remote (nearshore) teams, mainly from Brazil and Latin America, that integrate with your workflows. These teams are trained in Agile methodologies and include various specialists to boost your innovation.
• On-Demand Software Development: We build digital products and solutions from start to finish. This includes product management, tech architecture, front-end and back-end development, DevOps, QA, and UX/UI, using agile methods and many technologies.
• Oowlish Ventures: Launched in 2022, this division partners with entrepreneurs to invest in and build new businesses. We help design Minimum Lovable Products, support scaling, and provide funding and active contributions to product and technology development for pre-seed startups.

While we work in many industries, we specialize in the pet industry, with clients like Petco, Covetrus, and GreatPet. Our technical expertise includes Amazon Web Services, React.js (Web and Native), Python, Node.js, .NET, Shopify, and WordPress. We also use technologies like Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, LLMs, diffusion models, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Azure, Angular, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Kafka.

Our mission is to help every company innovate and build for the future. We do this by finding, training, and keeping tech and digital talent from developing countries, then placing them with clients. Our core values shape how we interact with our employees, customers, community, and partners.

Fernando and David founded Oowlish. They are tech entrepreneurs who previously built and sold PetCoach to Petco in 2017.
