Role: Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Remote (Anywhere in US /Canada)

Note: Role is open for Full time hiring only and position is not opened for Visa Sponsorship.

Job Description:

·  Program Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional Salesforce programs from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

·  Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define program goals, scope, and priorities.

· Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders.

·  Team Coordination: Coordinate efforts across project managers, Salesforce developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.

·   Risk Management: Identify risks and dependencies early; proactively develop mitigation plans.

·Budget & Resource Planning: Manage program budgets, resource planning, and forecasting.

·       Agile Execution: Drive Agile best practices across the Salesforce delivery lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.

·       Change Management: Oversee user adoption strategies and training for new Salesforce capabilities across regions.

Qualifications:

·8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years managing Salesforce programs.

·Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ.).

·Experience leading large-scale, global CRM, CPQ rollouts or digital transformation programs.

·PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications (ADM 201, PMP, or similar) preferred.

·Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

·Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Nice to Have:

·Background in industries such as manufacturing or logistics.
