Job Description
We are looking for a young backend developer, curious and passionate about technology, with a particular interest in cybersecurity.
We’re seeking someone eager to learn, grow in a stimulating tech environment, and actively contribute to the quality of our product.

Sounds good. What will I do?
You’ll join the Development Team to:
Research and identify platform and data security issues;
Propose new solutions using the latest technologies;
Design and develop new features to enhance platform and data security;
Address vulnerabilities discovered during Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT);
- Contribute to the implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Qualifications
Must-have requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering;
At least 1–2 years of experience developing web applications;
Strong foundation in Software Engineering (design patterns, refactoring patterns, unit testing, clean code) and object-oriented programming;
Excellent knowledge of the most common web vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection, RCE, Session Fixation, SSRF, etc.);
Good understanding of distributed web application architecture (HTTP protocol, REST APIs, caching techniques) – if you’ve worked on a project, feel free to share your portfolio!
Italian speaker.
Written and spoken proficiency in English.
Nice-to-have requirements:
- Experience in cybersecurity
Experience developing REST APIs – in any language
Experience with AWS
Experience with PHP
Experience with the ELK stack
Experience with Git and version control systems

🤝 What’s the selection process like?
A technical test to get a sense of your skills: we’ll send you a document with 3 exercises, and you’ll have 2 hours to submit your answers.
A 60-minute interview with an HR team member to get to know you and understand your interests and motivations.
A 60-minute technical interview with the Backend Team Leader to dive into your technical knowledge.
