Founded in 2018, we operate in digital assets and data center infrastructure. Our headquarters are in New York City, with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Our digital assets platform gives institutions access to trading, advisory services, asset management, staking, self-custody, and tokenization technology. This includes electronic and over-the-counter (OTC) trading, lending, and derivatives. For individual investors, we offer GalaxyOne, which supports multi-asset investing across crypto, stocks, ETFs, and high-yield cash accounts, including products like Galaxy Premium Yield for U.S. accredited investors.

In February 2023, we acquired GK8’s custody technology, which added an office in Tel Aviv and a team of cryptographers and blockchain engineers. Our data center business develops and operates AI and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure, such as our Helios AI/HPC Data Center Campus.

We serve a variety of clients: institutions, startups, protocols, investors, trading firms, hedge funds, individual investors, banks and Financial Market Infrastructures (FMI), founders and Web3 entrepreneurs, and miners. We track metrics like Assets on Platform, institutional trading counterparties, Average Loan Book Size, and Total Approved Power Capacity at our Helios AI/HPC Data Center Campus.
