Sr. Amazon Ads Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Sr. Ads Account Manager to join our growing team in 2025. In this role, you will be the strategic and executional lead for your clients’ advertising initiatives on Amazon. You’ll own performance, communicate directly with brand stakeholders, and bring forward bold ideas rooted in data and insight. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal specialists (creative, DSP, reporting, SEO) to drive measurable growth across Search and DSP campaigns.

Salary: OTE for this role is between $120k and $140k

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end advertising strategy across Amazon Search and Amazon DSP for a portfolio of clients
  • Be hands-on-keyboard: build, optimize, and scale campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Analyze data and performance reports to craft actionable insights and strategic pivots
  • Lead regular client calls and strategy sessions — positioning yourself as a true partner and growth advisor
  • Stay ahead of Amazon’s ever-changing ad ecosystem — beta programs, policy changes, and platform updates
  • Partner with internal teams to integrate advertising with broader brand goals (organic, creative, retail readiness)
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to training & process improvements
  • Keep clients informed on new Amazon features, tools, and opportunities that could benefit their business.

About You:

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP required)
  • At least 1 year experience working for a marketing agency managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools like Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics platforms (e.g., Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar)
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS, driving revenue growth, and hitting key performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and present data-driven insights.
  • Amazon Ads and DSP Certifications preferred
