About your role
As a Communications and Enablement team member you will play a key role in driving organizational efficiency, transparency, and alignment across both operational communications and employee enablement. Your role will involve managing and executing high-impact initiatives that ensure smooth internal communication, clear reporting, and effective change management within the company. You will also take ownership of developing training content and curriculums for Fund Administration employees, empowering them with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their roles.

What you’ll do
We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Enablement Specialist to join our growing Fund Administration Communications & Enablement team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between product innovation and user adoption. You will partner closely with Product and Fund Administration teams to deeply understand new features, roadmap direction, and product strategy related, but not limited to AI—and translate that knowledge into compelling, easy-to-understand content that drives adoption and customer success.
Partner with the Product teams to understand upcoming features—especially AI-driven capabilities—along with the broader product roadmap and strategic vision.
Act as the enablement lead for AI-related product initiatives, ensuring new technologies are clearly communicated and adopted by internal teams and end users.
Translate complex AI features and technical concepts into accessible, engaging enablement materials tailored to different audiences and use cases.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., content generation, video automation, knowledge bases) to create scalable and personalized enablement assets, including how-to guides, release notes, onboarding materials, videos, and FAQs.
Develop and implement content strategies that support AI feature adoption across customer segments, focusing on ease of use, value realization, and user confidence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Fund Administration teams to ensure consistent messaging around AI capabilities and broader product knowledge.
Continuously gather feedback and use AI-driven analytics to iterate on content and improve clarity, relevance, and effectiveness.
Maintain a dynamic content repository, using AI-enhanced tools for content organization, discovery, and lifecycle management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in internal communications, employee enablement, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
Proficiency with communication tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, or similar).
Familiarity with developing training content and managing learning platforms.
Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Fund Administration experience a plus
Experience with AI tools a plus
Experience working with global, remote teams is a plus.
Passion for fostering a culture of transparency, alignment, and continuous learning.
Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a base salary and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 USD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
