Your Impact:

The Senior Associate, Recruiting will partner with the Business Development team to identify/screen/quality candidates for IT positions ranging from Help Desk Support and Application Development to Network Engineering, CIOs, CTOs, and more.

  • Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates for temporary, contract and contract-to-hire opportunities
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Review and understand technical job requirements and technical skills
  • Review, reformat and present resumes to meet client expectations
  • Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates through various tools or network
  • Negotiate pay rates with consultants through various tools or network
  • Meet with candidates in person, telephone or video conference to assess qualifications

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare IT with a focus on Epic, Data & Analytics, Cerner, ERP and more.
  • Action oriented - Embracing new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Communicates effectively - Develops and delivers written and verbal communication that conveys clear understanding of different audiences and their levels of comprehension; active listener to ensure clear understanding
  • Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
