Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate, Sales Operations, you play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer success process. You take a proactive approach to problem-solving, leveraging your analytical and creative mindset. You are responsible for owning and driving complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish within our Mid-Market and Business Development (BD) teams. You will be on the “ground floor” defining and scaling the BD sales motion influencing how new sales functions are built and maintained. You contribute to maintaining a real-time view of the sales funnel, identifying opportunities, and managing risks.

What you do each day:
- Lead and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
- Optimize sales campaigns and experiments from end to end, coordinating people, processes, and platforms in collaboration with marketing, analytics, and sales stakeholders
- Collaborate with Analytics to enhance and maintain sales reporting and models
- Conduct primary research for new initiatives and solutions
- Effectively manage various projects by communicating goals, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and accountability across multiple teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales or operations
- Advanced Salesforce experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Project Management experience
- SQL experience preferred

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000 + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
