We are looking for a skilled Senior BI Developer who will translate business requirements into effective data models and pipelines. If you have experience working with DBT, Snowflake, and a passion for data, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a long-term role.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a BI Developer;
- Strong experience in translating business requirements into data models, Source to Target mapping, and DBT data pipelines;
- Expertise in modern data platforms, specifically DBT and Snowflake (must-have);
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data transformation and performance optimization;
- Experience with modern data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within a Data and Analytics environment;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot data-related issues;
- Excellent communication skills;
- English: Advanced level.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a Data and Analytics team to develop, manage, and maintain a modern Data and Analytics platform;
- Translate business requirements into efficient data models and pipelines;
- Develop and maintain DBT data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems;
- Optimize database performance and implement best practices in Snowflake;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide impactful solutions;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and BI.
