We are looking for a Solution Architect to join us as a key member of our organization. You will be focused on driving customer acquisition and satisfaction. You ideally have experience in providing exceptional pre-sales support, conducting engaging product demonstrations, and partnering with the sales team to develop winning strategies.

What you’ll be doing 💪

- Extends Senior Consultant I, Solution Architecture responsibilities.

- Build and deliver high-value and reusable enablement content that measurably improves the team’s effectiveness and execution.

- Sustain mentorship on the members of the Solutions Architecture team to improve our technical win rate and increase revenue.

- Guide Solution Architect team members through complex customer opportunities and activity.

- Deliver solution roadmap discussions.

- Architect innovative solutions leveraging ServiceRocket and partners technologies that lead to new use cases and revenue opportunities.

- Maintain a positive personal brand through ServiceRocket-relevant participation in partner channels such as conferences, blogging, social media, or volunteering for external technical committees or communities of practice.

- Client identification through final invoicing for engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.

- Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.

- Financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing.

- Participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.

- Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.

What you’ll bring to the table 🧑‍💻

- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.

- Relevant industry certification in ITIL, Agile, Scaled Agile or DevOps.

- Experience in mentoring other consultants to grow their technical, consulting and solution design skills.

- Experience in Agile, ITSM or DevOps practices. Experience with Scaled Agile methodology.

- Preferred Qualifications: 5 - 8 years of experience as a programmer, IT engineer, technical trainer, consultant or solution architect.

- Experience with software coding or QA testing code.

- Hands-on administrator level experience with Atlassian platform products: JIRA,Confluence, BitBucket, Cloud, Crowd, Access, Portfolio and others.

- Experience coding in Java, Python or Groovy. Has written code for personal or professional projects.

- Capable to articulate solution and design in web application and SaaS architectures.

- Atlassian Certification desirable

- Experience with the concept of SSO and SAML. Understand how Active Directory or Identity Platform(IDP) such as Okta, SecureAuth or equivalent works.

- Experience with writing SQL queries to execute advanced functions. Familiar with Web Technologies in areas such as HTTP, TCP/IP, SMTP, SSL and etc. Familar with API and REST API calls.

- Experience in Cloud Architecture and SaaS services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure and or equivalent.

- Analytical, able to think on his or her feet, and a fast learner.

- Always learning new technologies.

- Must be comfortable explaining concepts on a whiteboard.

- Adaptable and enjoys engaging with external customers.

- Detailed and results-oriented.

- Atlassian platforms knowledge: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, JIRA Advanced Roadmap.

- DevOps processes and tools and how they intersect with the Atlassian ecosystem.

- Experienced with and using Agile processes to run projects and team deliverables.

- Able to track project deliverables and help the project lead to report on and identify risks to a project.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.).
