We develop commercial insurance for the trucking industry. Our AI-driven platform uses real-time telematics data to understand and price risk, offering personalized risk scores, faster underwriting, and quicker claims processing. We also provide proactive insights to help customers prevent accidents.

Our Active Safety services, included with the policy, use AI-powered insights to analyze fleets and guide them toward improved safety. We reward safe operations with upfront insurance discounts of up to 20% based on driving safety data, helping fleets reduce premiums.

Since selling our first policy in 2022, we have achieved over $100 million in premiums and used over 33 billion miles of telematics data to power our predictive models. We are A-rated (A.M. Best) and backed by a global reinsurance panel, providing broad coverage tailored to fleets.

We were founded in 2020 by Rushil Goel, Abhay Mitra, and Alex Carges, who saw an opportunity to use IoT and telematics data in trucking and insurance. We have raised over $170 million, including an $80 million Series C round in March 2024. Investors include Lightspeed, General Catalyst, and Valor. A projected $100 million Series D is planned for December 2025.

We have between 51 and 200 employees. Our global team works in a remote-first or distributed hybrid environment across the US, Chile, and India, with an office in Atlanta.
