A fast-growing personal care company with a top-selling product in retail and eCommerce is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Corporate Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations of the company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full range of accounting tasks—from data entry to month-end close—and who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment. You will be the primary accounting resource, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations.

What You’ll Do
- Handle daily accounting activities, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and perform account reconciliations as part of the month-end close.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the accounting system (NetSuite or similar).
- Assist with budget tracking and cash flow monitoring.
- Coordinate monthly AR adjustments with the AR manager.
- Prepare documentation for external audits as needed.
- Complete sales and employee tax filings through state portals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, support system updates, or automation efforts.
What You Need
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP/accounting system is preferred.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
